RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Should you not be satisfied with your purchase, we will refund items purchased on our website. Returned products must be in acceptable condition and posted withing 14 working days of receiving your order.
DhohOo will not be responsible for return shipping fees, you shall cover them at your own expense. Returned merchandise must be in the same condition as when received, unopened and sealed, packaging in acceptable condition. Products must be returned in the original box and/or packaging. We are not able to offer an exchange for purchased products. All returned items will be refunded once they have been received by our warehouse. If you would like a different version of a product, then you will need to place a new order.
It can usually take up to 21 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your return to be delivered to our warehouse, depending on your location and postal service you use.
Upon receiving returned items, they will be processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) and we will contact you via email to confirm the refund. The funds will go back to your original payment method. Typically, it takes 5-10 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays), depending on your bank/card issuer. If there is no quality-related issue but you are still not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return the items for refund within 14 working days of receiving your order. However, this refund will rely on the discretion of Dhohoo. Refund or the item’s price will be refunded to you after we have received and inspected it. You are to be responsible for all shipping all incurring shipping fees.
